  2. new officer has taken  command of enemy operations
  3. in the area. This  new  commander  is  known to be
  4. strongly anti-Western and is  beginning to attract
  5. strong support from many  areas  for his extremist
  6. views and aggressive  posturing.  It has therefore
  7. been decided after much deliberation that the only
  8. hope for  lasting  peace  in  the  region  is  the
  9. elimination  of  this  officer.   Because  of  the
  10. political sensitivity of this operation it must be
  11. totally deniable, any personel  who  spot you must
  12. be eliminated.  Further  if  you  are captured,the
  13. government   will   deny    all    knowledge   and
  14. responsibility for your actions.
